MetLife Stadium sits in the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford. The rail connection is the Meadowlands Rail Line, which runs from Secaucus Junction to the Meadowlands station next to the stadium on game and event days only, so there is no regular daily train.

From Manhattan the usual path is a train to Secaucus Junction, then the Meadowlands shuttle train when it is running for an event. NJ Transit also runs game-day buses from Port Authority Bus Terminal for many events. Always check NJ Transit for the specific event service before you travel.

American Dream is in the Meadowlands complex next to MetLife Stadium. NJ Transit runs direct buses from Port Authority Bus Terminal (the 355, plus other routes), which is usually the simplest one-seat ride from Manhattan.

By rail, the nearest station is Secaucus Junction; from there service to the complex runs mainly on event days, so the bus is the dependable everyday option.

Prudential Center is a short walk from Newark Penn Station, one of the best-connected hubs in the state. Frequent NJ Transit trains, PATH and the Newark Light Rail all reach Newark Penn, so it is an easy ride from Manhattan with no event-only service to plan around.

The Harrison soccer stadium, renamed Sports Illustrated Stadium in 2025 (formerly Red Bull Arena), is steps from the Harrison PATH station. PATH reaches Harrison directly from World Trade Center, Newark and Journal Square, with a transfer from 33rd Street or Hoboken, so it is a straightforward ride without a car.

SHI Stadium is on the Rutgers campus in Piscataway. There is no station at the stadium itself: the usual transit route is a Northeast Corridor train to New Brunswick, then a Rutgers campus bus or a local NJ Transit bus for the last stretch. Service is limited compared with the Newark and Meadowlands venues, so allow extra time.

Madison Square Garden sits directly above New York Penn Station, so every NJ Transit train to NY Penn arrives right beneath the arena. From New Jersey you can also take PATH to 33rd Street, a short walk away. It is one of the easiest venues to reach without a car.
